Will I get the opportunity to ask questions if I don't understand something? |
Yes, infact we encourage you to ask as many questions as possible during class. Outside of class, we are available to answer questions via forum or email. |
What is your cancellation policy? |
You may cancel at anytime, there is no obligation for subscription products. |
How do I upgrade my membership if I am a free member? |
You can upgrade at anytime by visiting your user profile, selecting the desired membership and clicking Upgrade. |
When I join what do I do next? |
Please check your email. You will be sent a confirmation email. When you log in you will be directed to the step by step guide. |
Can I pay by credit card? |
Yes, payments can be made using PayPal, Credit Card or ACH at your choice. |

All members may contact us at anytime. We offer remote support, forum, email & scheduled phone for our community members. |
How do I access the Community Forum? |

I've made my payment but can't log in? |
This is most likely due to a pending or not cleared payment status. If you made an ACH or echeck payment, PayPal's standard processing time is 3-5 days. You will receive a confirmation email when the payment clears. |

When do I get to use the custom software? |
The PFAZoneSuite is included in our PFA Community. |
To utilize your custom software what platform(s) can i use? |
At this time we offer our software on the NinjaTrader platform. |
Is your software compatible with NinjaTrader 8? |
Absolutely |
How do I install your software into my NinjaTrader Platform? |
Our custom software comes in a self installer which will do all of the work for you. Simply double click the file and that's it. You will receive these instructions at time of purchase via email for convenience. |
Does your software come with a training manual? |
We provide a detailed software documentation. |
What type of support do you provide? |
We offer extensive support via email and remote support if needed. |
Can I use your software if I do not require education? |
Yes, you can purchase our software by Clicking Here. |
Can I use the software on more than one market? |
Absolutely, our custom software can be used on multiple markets, and multiple time-frames. |
Can I lease your software instead of purchase? |
Yes, you may subscribe to our software on a monthly basis here. |
If I subscribe to your software and buy later will the subscription amount go toward the purchase? |
If you decide to subscribe, this will not be applied to any future purchase amount. |
I don't see any zones on my chart? |
Please make sure you have properly loaded the indicator on the desired chart with enough data to provide historical information or the zones will not plot. We recommend a minimum of 50 days on a 60min chart. PFA Software comes with default settings. To load an indicator please right click your chart, select "Indicators", select the PFA software you wish to see. |
My computer is loading slow, what should I do? |
Please check your settings to be sure that your "calculate on bar close" is set to true. Do not have more than 1 workspace open. Do not keep more data than required on each chart. Please remove all other non PFA 3rd party software. |
How long can I use the software if I purchase a lifetime license? |
There is no expiration date. You may use the software as long as your platform supports it. Please see terms and conditions for "lifetime", "perpetual" and/or "unlimited" definition. |
If I purchase a lifetime license to use your software, are there any fees for updates? |
All updates to the software license purchased are included at no cost for a full year (1 year) from your purchase date. Updates after 1 year will have a maintenance fee as outlined in the terms and conditions. We ask that you pay this fee to assist us in ongoing support and functionality additions, respectively. |
Can I cancel my subscription at anytime? |
Yes, you must complete your cancellation at least 24 hours before the payment date. |

How often will we be in class? |
Class is held Tuesday-Thur beginning at 9am EST each week excluding holidays. From time to time we will take vacation days. |
How do I join your webinar events? |
Upon your membership registration each time you log in you will be directed to your membership guide. This will contain your log in details and you may simply follow the link provided. |
When are the live webinar sessions? |
Each session will begin at 9am EST and continue for approximately 1-2 hours, Tuesday - Thursday. |
Where can I find the Bootcamp recordings? |
If you have access to the Bootcamp recordings they will be listed on your membership guide which you are automatically directed to each time you log in. |
Is there an option to ask a direct question during class? |
Absolutely. You can type your questions into the Q&A box within the classroom at anytime and the instructor will address them. |
How do the free training events work? |
After signup you will begin receiving email invites to join each session including complete details. Each email will contain the link to join at the appropriate time. You will be introduced to trading software analysis concepts with plenty of time for questions regarding our community or software. |
How do I access the training course? |
You will be automatically directed to your membership guide each time you login. There you will see a "Click Here" button just below "Start Your Advanced Course Here". |
I cannot access the course material? |
Please use Chrome or Firefox as your browser for the best compatibility. If you're able to log into the website but not the course, please reset your password from your User Profile, logout and log back in. |
Where can I find the passcode for the recordings? |
You can find each recording passcode in the right column on the Class Recordings page. |
