PureFinancialAcademy.com is owned and operated by Pure Financial LLC. To be an authorized affiliate of Pure Financial LLC (herein referred to as "PFA", or "Company”, or “we”, or “us”, or “our"), you must agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement.

Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the PFA service as an affiliate. By signing up for the PFA affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions.

Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Joining the Program

By accepting these terms, conditions, cookies and privacy policy you acknowledge that you have fully read the terms, conditions, cookies and privacy policy, you understand, and agree with them. Upon acceptance, you will become an affiliate and are bound by the terms of this agreement. Your participation in the program is solely for this purpose: to legally advertise our website to receive a commission on products purchased by your referred individuals.

Affiliate Responsibilities

It is understood that you will introduce PFA software and services to your current and prospective customers and will comply with all laws as well as those that govern email marketing and anti-spam laws. PFA reserves the right to accept or reject any prospective customers and will pay you a commission per product purchased using your affiliate code according to the designated payment schedule. Please note, commission will only be paid on new members and does not apply to any member that is currently or previously in our database.

Either you or PFA may terminate the Affiliate relationship at any time. You are only eligible to earn Affiliate payments during your time as an approved Affiliate. PFA may change the program or service policies and operating procedures at any time.

Affiliate Relationship

This Affiliate relationship is one of independent contractors. PFA will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential damages arising in connection with this program and our aggregate liability arising with respect to this program will not exceed the total referral fees paid or payable to you. PFA makes no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the program. In addition, PFA makes no representation that the operation of the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and PFA will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.

PFA is located in United States and the program is governed by the laws of United States and the state of Florida.

Revocation of Affiliate Status

Your affiliate application and status in the program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:
•Inappropriate advertisements (false claims, misleading hyperlinks)
•Illegal spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup/forum posting, etc.)
•Advertising on sites containing/promoting illegal activities
•Violation of intellectual property rights
•Inability to setup links or refer clients to PFA (lack of performance)

Affiliate Links

You may use graphic and text links on your website, blog, social media and in emails. The site may also be advertised "offline" in classified ads, magazines, and newspapers. You may use the graphics and text provided to you by us. You may submit additional graphics and text to affiliate@purefinancialacademy.com for approval. PFA may reject any material at it's sole discretion.

Affiliate Tracking

When a web surfer clicks through your affiliate link, a cookie is set in their browser that contains your affiliate username. Also, their IP address is stored in the database along with your affiliate name. When this person decides to buy a product, the script will look for this cookie and/or try to match their IP address to identify the affiliate who will be awarded the commission. Visitors sent through your affiliate link may make a purchase later in time, (up to 90 days) and the commission will still be awarded if the cookie is present in their browser and/or they are using the same IP address as the one logged in the database. Please note, commission will only be paid on new members and does not apply to any member that is currently or previously in our database. Transaction fees will be reduced from the total sale amount before affiliate commissions are calculated.

Terms of the agreement

These terms will begin upon your acceptance of these terms and conditions, and will end when your affiliate account is terminated. If your affiliate account is terminated for any reason, you agree to return all material in relation to the promoting of PFA to PFA without question. The terms of this agreement may be modified by PFA at any time. If any modification to the terms is unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your affiliate account. Your continuing participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of any change.

Liability

We will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, and any results of "intents of harm" to the program or our website. We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the affiliate program and/or products sold at this site. We make no claim that the operation of the affiliate program and our website will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.

Gathering, Use and Disclosure of Non-Personally-Identifying Information
Users of the Website Generally
“Non-Personally-Identifying Information” is information that, without the aid of additional information, cannot be directly associated with a specific person. “Personally-Identifying Information,” by contrast, is information such as a name or email address that, without more, can be directly associated with a specific person. Like most website operators, Company gathers from users of the Website Non-Personally-Identifying Information of the sort that Web browsers, depending on their settings, may make available. Web Beacons

Company may use Web Beacons on the Website and in emails to count users who have visited particular pages, viewed emails and to deliver co-branded services. Web Beacons are not used to access users’ Personally-Identifying Information. They are a technique Company may use to compile aggregated statistics about Website usage. Social Media

As defined above, Personally-Identifying Information is information that can be directly associated with a specific person. Company may collect a range of Personally-Identifying Information from and about Website users. License Management
We save the licenses you've purchased or leased, the purchase date, the expiration date, the licensed product name, your license key, your computer's hardware ID and the number of computers you are allowed to use our products and services on. Statistics
We use cookies and collect IP addresses, geolocation, browser and operating system to store open and click statistics on our emails so we may improve our communication and see which types of newsletters and information is the most appreciated by our community.

Third-Party Service Providers. Do-Not-Track Policy
